2 days £215

Perfectionism refers to unhealthy beliefs that cause self-defeating thoughts and behaviours associated with unrealistic or utopian goals. People often mistake perfectionist attitudes as something positive and as something that is necessary for success. The truth is that it often sabotages success and causes emotional disturbance. Perfectionist attitudes are prevalent and their negative consequences can be seen in students working on their essays and projects, professionals working on projects or taking on new responsibilities or as managers or as team members. Perfectionist attitudes can also impact negatively on personal life and on relationships. This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in CBT for, personal or for professional development It is therefore useful for all healthcare professionals, psychotherapists, counsellors, hypnotherapists and those who wish to introduce CBT within their therapeutic framework.
